Triples Tennis Tournament

Held at the Mt. Lebanon Tennis Center, the tournament will take place on Saturday, September 7th and will offer participants flexibility to play one or two of the triples sessions offered. Registration is $50 and includes up to 2 rounds of triples, prepackaged snacks and a portion of the proceeds will go to Cancer Bridges.

Join us this fall in rallying our region’s tennis community in an effort to show our strength against cancer!

Triples Tennis

Triples tennis is a fun way to play tennis and get in a killer workout! It is fast-paced and enables more people to play the game at once. Each triples team consists of at least 4 players at either the Intermediate (3.0 - 3.5) and Advanced (3.5+) levels. Triples is a 3 on 3 format with one player at the net and two at the baseline for each team. After each point concludes, players rotate on and off of the court.

There will be two rounds of triples during the tournament:

Saturday, September 7, 2024

Round 1: 6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Round 2: 8:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

We highly encourage triples teams to be co-ed. To ensure fair play, no more than two men should be on the court for a given team at once.

A USTA ranking is not necessary, but if you are ranked, please play in your ranking level. If you are not ranked by the USTA, please self-rate and play where you feel most comfortable. Tennis rankings for triples play are 3.0-3.5 (Intermediate) and 3.5+ (Advanced). Each triples team should be comprised of Intermediate or Advanced players.

Registration Deadline is Monday, September 2nd.
